Phases of Installing a New Lawn

Phase I – Schedule a Lawn Installation Consultation

Start your new home lawn installation or revitalize your existing lawn by contacting Creative Landscape by Design. Phase II – On-Site Lawn Installation Assessment

One of our specialists, often the owner with 30+ years of landscaping experience, will visit your property to assess soil condition, grading, drainage, sun and shade exposure, and existing terrain. Phase III – Soil Conditioning & Lawn Preparation

Using equipment such as a tractor, skid steer with a power rake, or a rock hound, we prepare the soil by grading, removing debris, breaking up compacted areas, and leveling the surface. Once everything is approved, the final payment is collected, completing your lawn installation project.
