Since many of our larger outdoor living projects take between 2–5 weeks to complete, it’s common for curious neighbors to stop by and ask what we’re building in their neighbor’s backyard. To help answer that question, we created this page to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the process, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into creating a one-of-a-kind custom landscape, deck, or paver patio project.
Deckorators® Composite Deck Installation
In Austintown, Ohio, the existing patio was removed and replaced with a new composite deck built with Deckorators® decking, finished with durable aluminum railing for a clean, modern look. While completing the project, we also updated and improved the surrounding landscaping to better complement the new outdoor living space and enhance the overall outdoor area.
Raised Patio & Walkway Installation
In Boardman, Ohio, we removed the existing walkway and installed a new raised paver patio, along with a new walkway to improve access and flow throughout the outdoor space. While completing the project, we also updated the surrounding landscaping to enhance the overall appearance and seamlessly tie the new patio and walkway into the home’s outdoor environment.
Outdoor Living Area Transformation
In Canfield, Ohio, this project began with the removal of an old patio, which we replaced with a new paver patio to create a more functional and attractive outdoor living space. The homeowner also requested that we resurface the existing concrete porch with Deckorators® composite decking and install new aluminum railing for a clean, durable finish.
To complete the space, we added landscape lighting, a fire pit, and a fence, along with updating the surrounding landscaping to tie the entire outdoor area together and enhance both the beauty and usability of the property.
Hillside Landscaping Project
This project near Pine Lake in Columbiana County, Ohio, involved transforming a steep hillside into a functional and visually appealing landscape. Carefully selected plants and natural stone were incorporated to complement the terrain while helping stabilize the slope. We also installed low-voltage landscape lighting to highlight key features and improve nighttime visibility. To enhance accessibility, steps were constructed leading down to a lower patio area, creating a smooth transition between different levels of the outdoor space.
New Construction Landscaping Project Near
This new construction project near Pine Lake in Columbiana County, Ohio, included installing a new lawn along with landscaping around the home to establish a clean, finished outdoor environment. The project also featured the construction of a natural boulder retaining wall with hillside steps, creating both structural support for the slope and safe access through the landscape while blending naturally with the surrounding terrain.
Deckorators® Composite Deck & Cambridge Paver Patio Installation
In Austintown, Ohio, we installed a 20’ x 16’ composite deck built with Deckorators® decking, finished with durable aluminum railing to create a clean, modern outdoor living space. The project also included a Cambridge paver patio, expanding the area for relaxing and entertaining. To complete the transformation, we added new landscaping to enhance the appearance of the space and seamlessly tie the deck and patio into the surrounding yard.
Paver Walkway & Step Installation for Returning Customer
This project in Boardman, Ohio involved the installation of new steps and a paver walkway, creating improved access and flow through the outdoor space. The walkway was also landscaped around with new plantings to enhance the appearance and tie the project into the surrounding yard. This homeowner was a previous customer for whom we had built a Trex composite deck, and we were excited to return to further enhance their outdoor living area.
Landscape Renovation & Lighting Installation
In Lordstown, Ohio, we removed the overgrown shrubbery and refreshed the area with new plantings to create a cleaner, more attractive landscape around the property. To enhance the space further, we also installed low-voltage landscape lighting, adding both beauty and improved nighttime visibility to highlight the updated landscaping.
